Circuit Training - is a whole-body weights workout that involves endurance, resistance and high -intensity, and an efficient way to enhance cardiovascular fitness and muscle endurance. And how Studies show that circuit training helps to achieve your goals quicker and maintain them longer than other forms of exercise or diet. Involves sets of different exercises done in order one after the other. The rest between exercises will be short and with rapid movement to the next exercise! And Of Course with Great Music and a lot of fun!

It is the most effective way to maximize your workout and your time. Will challenge your entire body for a seriously comprehensive workout. This workout combines cardio, strength and core training.

WHAT IF I’VE NEVER WORKED OUT BEFORE?

Not to Worry! I'll be there to help you achieve proper form and encourage you to take each movement at your own pace. So taking on new challenges, YES! Intimidation, NEVER! If you have any specific questions or concerns, please get in touch.

IS CIRCUIT TRAINING GOOD FOR WEIGHT LOSS?

Circuit training is a full-body intense workout using weights resistance training and cardio exercises; both are good to help weight loss.

DOES CIRCUIT TRAINING BURN FAT?

Circuit training maximises calorie burn by keeping you active throughout the entire workout. The small rest periods between sets makes this workout intense whilst keeping your heart elevated.

IS CIRCUIT TRAINING GOOD FOR BUILDING MUSCLE?

Yes, this workout is performed by using lighter weights at higher reps to help to induce metabolic stress, which helps to promote increase muscle mass.

WHAT TO WEAR?

Come dressed in comfortable, breathable non-restrictive clothing - remember, this class will get you moving at your maximum level! Don't forget to bring a towel to freshen up and a water bottle to hydrate.
