Anything from squats to burpees and sprints to kettlebells and a mixture of bodyweight exercises at high intensity. The training will be based on team games. You will work out hard and you will be pushed to be the best you can but at your own pace and having fun at the same time with your team. There will be ensured the exercises to be suitable for women of all ages and levels of fitness. we'll build the level of fitness and strength together!
