Nordic Walking turns a walk in the park into a whole body workout! Come and learn the correct, safe and effective Nordic Walking technique in a small group setting over two consecutive Saturdays with Laura from Brockley Nordic Walking. Each session begins with a thorough whole body warm-up sequence, continues with Nordic Walking technique tuition to enable participants to understand and experience firsthand the benefits of walking with poles on the cardiovascular and muscular systems. The session finishes with cool-down stretches to leave you feeling great for the rest of the day! Poles will be provided for the beginners courses and advice offered on purchasing your own poles for subsequent sessions. Wear comfortable flexible soled shoes and weather appropriate clothing, and carry your personal belongings and a bottle water in a rucksack to leave your hands free! Booking in advance is essential as places are limited.
