YOGA FOR RUNNING

Yoga for running is a 60min class combining Vinyasa Flow style dynamic sequences, Hatha, and Yin Yoga style static stretches. It aims to support and improve your running performance by solving flexibility, stability, and mobility issues. This class is dedicated to the occasional runners, athletes, and yogis who are runners. Even if you have never done Yoga before and aren’t a runner (yet?), you may still make great use of this class because Yoga, the same as running, has excellent physical and mental health benefits. It is an intermediate level, beginners-inclusive class aiming to deepen the understanding, awareness, and connection with your own body, inviting you to explore how Yoga can assist running.  In case you are doing any other sports involving running or using lots of leg strength in other activities like dancing, martial arts, or climbing, you may find this class beneficial to maximise your physical and mental performance.
