If you are starting to play regularly on a club team, you might be interested in a wood and ABS fibre XLR7 model or a composite XLR9 stick.

Once you've selected your hockey stick, you'll need to cut it to size. As a general rule, you should measure the stick when wearing shoes and cut it somewhere between your mouth and nose when holding it in front of you standing on the end of its blade.
