Running is one of the best forms of cardio exercise, so join Adam Taylor, a qualified running coach, for this running workshop here in our store.  Adam will be providing the tips and inspiration you need to help you on your running journey. 

We all know the many physical benefits of running, however it is also a fantastic stress buster and helps to promote your general wellbeing. This makes running a great all round activity for everyone. Adam will be providing advice on a range of topics, including the clothing and equipment you need to go running through to the more advanced tips on running technique. You will also have the opportunity to ask your questions across a wide range of topics, so don't miss this opportunity.

Following the workshop Adam will take you on a guided 1km loop, which you will be able to run as many times as you want depending on your preference on the night. We will provide you with a free energy drink and bar to give you the kick you need. When returning from the run you will have the opportunity to try a selection of our recovery range.

Is the event free?

 Yes. The event is free to all Decathlon Account Holders. As part of the process of signing for this workshop you will also benefit from a free Decathlon Account. 

Are there any changing facilities?

Yes, there is a changing room available if required. 

Is the workshop suitable for beginners?

Yes the workshop is suitable for all abilities and Adam will make sure everyone is looked after and enjoys themselves! 

What do I need to bring?

We recommend to bring a bottle of water to have before and after the run. We also recommend wearing running or fitness clothing and a good pair of running shoes.
