Objective:

To release tension in the body that’s often held in between the ribs,lower back, neck, shoulders, belly, and pelvis.

Neck, lower back and knees

Safety Instructions and Technique:

Lying flat on the floor creates tension somewhere in the body. You may feel completely comfortable, if the nervous system picks up on even the slightest amount of tension it will remain alert. Placing a bolster under the knees, offers just the right amount of support to release as much muscular tension as possible and allows the nervous system to unwind.
