How does it work?

Step Jogging improves overall fitness by reducing fat and boosting your cardiovascular health.

How to do it?

  1. Start in a jog position with left foot on the stepper. Keep your gaze straight and focus on a straight line.
  2. Right arm bent at the elbow, fist pointed to the right shoulder and left arm on the sides.
  3. Lift yourself by hopping and bring the right foot on step taking the left leg in the air.
  4. Step down with placing the left foot on the floor followed by the right foot.

While jogging you can keep only one leg on the floor or stepper, lifting the other leg in the air. Repeat above steps faster in a rhythmic way.

Steps should not be taken too wide, this will assist in the hip swing.

How many sets?

3 mins exercise with 3 repetitions without stopping followed by 30 seconds of rest.
