How does it work?
Step Jogging improves overall fitness by reducing fat and boosting your cardiovascular health.
How to do it?
- Start in a jog position with left foot on the stepper. Keep your gaze straight and focus on a straight line.
- Bend your right elbow, fist pointed to the right shoulder, keeping your left arm by your side.
- Hop up and bring the right foot onto the step, keeping the left leg off the ground.
- Step down, placing the left foot on the floor followed by the right foot.
While jogging make sure you only keep one leg on the floor and one on the stepper. Repeat above steps faster in a rhythmic way.
Steps should not be taken too wide, this will assist in the hip swing.
How many sets?
3 mins exercise with 3 repetitions without stopping followed by 30 seconds of rest.
